We all experience anxiety at some point in our lives, and, sometimes, a little anxiety is even helpful! This presentation will help you recognize what symptoms are associated with anxiety, learn about our body’s fight or flight response and techniques you can use to help manage anxiety, and learn when it would be helpful to reach out for professional help to address anxiety symptoms.
