Mindfulness is a commonly used term that is about so much more than just “clearing your head” and “breathing.” In this session, attendees will learn about the brain and the basics of mindfulness, as well as how the practice of mindfulness could be useful to them. They will have the opportunity to learn and practice mindfulness techniques. Attendees will also get resources to further their own mindfulness practice.
