Resiliencia: Una Habilidad de Vida para Enfrentar La Nueva Normalidad


El miedo, el estrés, la ansiedad, la ira y la frustración han afectado la vida de muchas familias durante la pandemia. Enfrentar los cambios, la adversidad y la incertidumbre nos brinda la oportunidad de luchar, elevarnos y ser más fuertes. Hoy más que nunca, las familias necesitan aprender cómo desarrollar y fortalecer la resiliencia, promoviendo la flexibilidad, la espiritualidad, la adaptabilidad y el autocuidado. Estas son habilidades esenciales para enfrentar cualquier desafío que la vida nos presente, como la “nueva normalidad” a la que nos enfrentamos hoy.
